delivery

Hi,

I created sales order of 100 qty,and made delivery for 50 qty.

and again i try to create delivery for remaining 50 qty,but here if tried to change remaining 50 qty frm 50 to 100 (i.e if u changed the remaining qty to any other qty) system allows me to do delivery of allowed qty.

I feel its copy control error,pls guide me the solutions for above.

Hi

You have to configure the field check Over Delivery in the DELIVERY ITEM CATEGORY. Then you can control this.

Thank you shrikanth and murli but + is already maintained in copy control.and still sysytem allow the delivery.

Hi Hemanth,

Yes ,It is relating to copycontrol settings

Go to VTLA transaction select your document types then click on item select your itemcategory then go in to details of that here you can find Pos./neg. quantity field , you maintain this field as "+" - positive then try.
