Integration Builder Login Problem

Hi,

from time to time I'm not able to login to the XI integration builder. I get the error that an authorization isn't possible. Only a restart of the integration engine java stack seems to fix the problem.

Could anybody tell me how I can avoid a repeated server restart?

Heiko,

The simple posibility is that, the services are not up. Simply login into Visual Admin and goto Deploy

(View by Applications)

Make sure u have all the com.sap.* services up!

if not make it up and login again

thank you for your remark. But why are the services shut down? I haven't touched the server at all?

Heiko,

The services may go down due to lack of memory. When there is a need for memory, for other resources, some services in xi server automatically go down. They sometimes remain down even if restarted.
