hi

i was working with shipment cost

i am getting a query of

Transportation planning not carried out for shipment 0000001267

Message no. VY121

Diagnosis

If you want to create a shipment cost document, the shipment must meet the following requirements:

u2022 Transporation planning must be completed for this shipment. This means that the shipment must have the status Planned.

u2022 The overall status of the shipment must have at least the value specified in the shipment cost type.

u2022 The shipment must be relevant for shipment costs calculation. This is indicated with the overall shipment costs calculation status in the shipment header.

A shipment is relevant for shipment costs calculation if the shipment header or at least one of the shipment stages is relevant for shipment costs calculation.

u2022 A shipment cost document must not yet exist for this shipment.

can u plz tell me where i have gone womg

Hello,

the relation of shipment to the freight cost document is always 1:1.

Therefore the shipment cost document needs a unchangeable status of the

shipment, before the calculation with VI01 can be done. This is necessa-

ry to avoid any inconsistency.

In transaction T_56 it is possible to maintain the status which must

be set within the shipment, in order to get the shipment cost document

calculated. It is necessary to set at least 'Completly planned'.

i already done the complete planned in t_56

same error is coming

which i have mentioned early

i am going wrong in pricing procedure

because i have not given pricing FB00 anywhere

can u plz tell me about pricing where to assign it

you can maintain the shipment cost in transation TK11.
