Substitutions

Hello all, I am working in SRM 4.0 and I am trying to delete one substitution, I go to web transaction Approval, tab Approval, I click on Substitute button, and when I click on Transfer substitution button I see other user in the screen. I click under this user and appears a button: End substitution... I click there and the status is still Active for this substituter....

How can I delete this substitutor?

Hi. That means the substitution has been created by another user. If the other user who assigned the substitute goes in and selects "assign substitute" they wil be able to delete it easily from there.

Thanks, but is there a form to see which user creates this assign?

Hi. It must be the user that appears in the "transfer substitution" box.

If user A substitutes to user B, user B will see user A in the transfer box.

User A must delete the substitute.

Table HRUS_D2 stores the substitutions if you want to get a global view of them all.
