Use mm01 and enter the same material , material type , industry sector & press enter , in Organisatinal Data screen you enter the new Plant & storage Location to which you wanted to Extend the Material.

In MM01, enter the material code, industry sector and material type and enter the same material code in copy from material and press enter, a pop up will ask you to enter the plant, here you enter the new plant and save.

I suppose you cannot extend one storage location to another, but can be extended to another plant.

In SPRO>Enterprise Structure>Definition> Materials Management>Maintain Storage Location, enter the new plant and create your storage location.

goto MM01 and enter the material name industry type and material type, below tht u will find refernece material there u enter the material number which was already created and press enter u will get a pop up box here u enter the new plant and the sales area

besides u will have a column copy from here enter the required details of the material which has already created
