new customer-external assignment

Hi Experts,

Attempting to create new customer (sold to party) KUNA using external assignment.

I am not able to see following fields or tabs when creating sold to party customer with external assignment

- Transportation Zone Field

- Control Data Tab

- Shipping Tab

Go to IMG, Financial accounting, Accounts receivable and accounts payable, Customer accounts, Master records, Preparations for Creating Customer Master Records, Define account groups with screen layout (customers)

select account group KUNA

In general tab, select Address & select req. entry or opt. entty radio button for Transportation Zone Field.

In control data tab, you may see all fields are suppressed. hence you are not able to see this tab when you were trying to create customer. so make all fields as opt. entry.

Select sales data tab, shipping tab, you may see all fields are suppressed. hence you are not able to see this tab when you were trying to create customer. so make all fields as opt. entry.

Now create your customer with external assignment and see whether you can see all fields and tabs required by you otherwise post error message in this forum so that somebody can help you out.
