Could you please explain me, How to create Mass user (above 500 at a time).

Hi,

You can create mass users by either using eCATT (tcode-SECATT) Scripts or by SU10.

1. Follow up the link for the screenshots for mass user creation using eCATT Scripts.

2.For SU10 you can create mass users but passwords are automatically generated.But if you need identical passwords to be generated for the users then you have to reset password manually for individual user by SU01.
