Usage decision

Dear All,

can we reverse the usage decision?

user has created a prc order and confirmed it partially, also qc has given usage decision for one confirmation. now user has cancelled the confirmaton. but the prc order has gone to cogi errors.

how to solve the problem?

Hi,

Usage decision can be changed (only code can be changed) but the Inventory stock postings cannot be changed after giving usage decision

If you intend to do that after Usage decision, the only way is to have a user Exit, But normally this is not advised because it will generate inconsistencies.

But it is advised that no changes can be done after Usage decison is made, unless there is a crucial business requirements.

Hi

UD cannot be reversed. Once you do UD immediately it will be moved to Stock.

You can change the UD but not possible to delete it.
