CCMS CEN MONITORING FOR JAVA INSTANCE (Portal)

Hi,

Installed sapccmsr agent and configured CCMS in CEN system.

1. Installed sapccmsr on remote system(java)

2. Activated background dispatching & central sytem dispatching in CEN.

3.Assigned central auto reaction methods.

Able to get data from CCMS agent.

SMTP is working fine.

I'm not able to get alerts.

When i checked the status of alerts it is in ACTION_REQUIRED and remains the same. Is there any configurations i'm missing plz guide me.

I so have this problem. (

I set in property of my autoreaction metod in page "control"->"execute metod"->"periodiacally in background process (as job)". But this work only if i set autoreaction metod manually. If i set this from rz21 "Assign central autoreaction metod" this is not work.

Metod "control"->"execute metod"->"...triggered by CCMS..." is not work also.

I don't know how to resolve this problem. (

Assigned methods individually instead of all together

manually started the method - Edit - Nodes - start auto reaction .

then i was getting email alerts.

FM : SALO_EMAIL_IN_CASE_OF_ALERT then started.

But it should start as soon as alert is created, plz guide me

Hi,

Goto RZ21 then select the remote agents for your system,

If u have registerd the java system ccms agent through visual administrator,u have to start the ccms agent as a service manually and then check in rz21.

Here it shows the status of ur java ccms agent.If it is online then wait for 10-15 min you will get the alerts data.Else go to change mode and make this agent online.

Hope this resolves ur isue else revert back.

My issue is alerts are getting generated, but mails are not getting sent automatically. when i start the method the alert emails were sent, else the alerts remain in status ACTION_REQUIRED.

Guys plz guide .

Hi,

Then select the node and select properties,

here u select the auot reaction method as the method which will send the mails.

Evrything is configured(central auto reaction method). Alerts are getting created but method is not starting automatically. When i start the method manually then emails are sent.

SYS : SolMan SPS 15.

Please tell me in whhich transaction you are doing this

(edit>nodes> auto reaction)

Edit -> Nodes ->start Methods->start auto reaction methods.
