Problem was resolved through SAP.

Hi Jeremy,

First please let us know if you are using SNC or VPN way for SAPRouter. Secondly, you need a public IP for this server and register it with SAP.

Then depending upon u'r choice (SNC or VPN), you would be given a list of steps to be followed. Just make sure you enter your ip right in OSS1 connection details.

My apologies for delayed response. In case your issue is still pending:

Since your router is based on SNC, I understand that you must have installed SAP CryptoLib library. So, next please ensure you start saprouter with appropriate options [-K for SNC].

Go to your saprouter directory on command prompt and just enter saprouter. It will list out all options with example.

You must configure transaction OSS1 before you can actually use it.

Check the SAP Note : 33135 - Guidelines for OSS1 to

Configure OSS1 Transaction.

Hi Jeremy,

Start the SAP Router then go to service.sap.com and try to open the connection to one of the system for some time period. It will turns to green after some time, if it turn's to green means yur sys. is open to SAP. This is how you can check SAP Router, Here is some good documents on SAP Router.
