Hi,

While adding patched to Download Basket it will give u the message like

"Selected file has been added to your basket and pending for approval".

Then you have to select the option available in the Solution manager Server 'Confirmation of patches'.

If it is not giving such message then u can easily copy to your local P/C.

Hope this will be helpful

Before applying any support packages start you should review the known issues notes. A good place to start is with this note: [Known problems with Support Packages in SAP NW 2004s AS ABAP|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/822379].

Hope that helps.

Hello Raja

To get approval for your basket the procedure is as follows...

1) Log in ot the SMP and add the SP's to your download basket.

2) Log a message in component SV-SMG-MAI-APR. This is processed by CIC

in Ireland) and they will approve the basket for you (normally done

by MO in SolMan)

3) You can then download this file from the sap service marketplace.

With regard to the sequence...yes, you must apply these in sequence, sp 09 , sp10 , sp11, sp12, sp13 etc...this is just for ABAP patching, Java is different and you can apply just the latest updates.

I hope this helps
