VA02 - Order Reason - Dropdown values missing with SAP GUI 710 in 4.6C sys

Hi all,

We have recently upgrade to GUI 710, when we use VA02 tcode we could not see the values in the dropdown menu of the order reason field in a SAP 4.6C system.

Whereas we are able to see the same in our ECC 6.0 system.

Has anyone faced this kin of issues?

Hi,

are you using the latest Version (PL 7)? I remember having problems like that with early versions of 7.10.

Yes we are at patch level 7. Still facing the issue
