Hi All,
We are facing an issue where, when one tries to Order Items through catalogue or tries to add to a shopping cart as a special request (in EBP) we get the following error.
Interpreter Failed
The Internet Transaction Server failed to generate the response for current request.
Please contact the system administrator.
Internal error code: 0x2101
It is a bit confusing as it had been working fine until today.
The IPC seems to be working, the standalone ITS is also running with the IAC published successfully.
We tried restarting the services but to no avail.
Any inputs would be highly appreciated.

Is this happening for all users?
Check in the SRM system whether there are any ABAP dumps when you are getting the error in frontend.
The dump would give you the root cause of the isssue.
