Hi,

There is internal problem with JCO client, and that userid. Once you re-start the J2EE engine and clear the cache and try.

To restart the J2EE engine

Logon to XI server -

> Exwcute the SMICM T-code -

> Select Administration from toolbar -

> J2EE instance

-

> Restart -

> Yes

1.Goto integration builder and goto "Tools" -->Cache notifications.

If you see anything in red try to refresh the cache for that item.

2. Also in SXI_CACHE txn goto menu bar and "START Complete Cache Refresh in Background" and "Delta Cache Refresh".

Check the Cache Connectivity test.

Try to refresh Cache under sxmb_ifr->Administration->Cache Overview->Full Cache Refresh. Check status after 10 min.

And ask Basis to check in Visual admin SLD data supplier is working properly & SLDCHECK is working properly.

If above not solve the problem then re-start MMC.

Try using this Porblem Analysis guide:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/71/7ffb3f6c78ee28e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

refer SAP note -809420

Also go to CPA Cache and refresh the same.

To understand this - you can go thru this config guide-
