Apologies, this may be the wrong place to post this but I am very new to this forum - some advise would be appreciated here.
How do I upload a list of prducts into the Physical Inventory list that is presented using the MI01 transacrion?
Maybe there is a better transaction or maybe the list can be brought up someother way.
We have 1000 materials and to type them in would be time consuming and prone to mistakes if done by hand.
Apologies again for this.
Colm
Hello,
You can upload physical inventory counts from a file using transaction MI34.
Thanks,

Hi,
You can use MI31 transaction code to generate a batch input which is a faster method for uploading the data for large number of articles. One point to remeber is Std. SAP does not support PI for more than 999 articles in 1 document. So if you have more than 999 articles multiple documents will get created. In MI31 you can mention the number of documents to be created and also the number of articles per document can be specified.
