Error in Live Auction

Hello experts,

We are getting the following error when we are trying to enter the Live aution applet from the process auction transation.

Application error occurred during request processing.

Details: java.lang.RuntimeException:

Unable to connect to R3 to retrieve applet properties. Please check Live Auction R3 connection parameters.

Please review live auction application logs for more details.

We are on SRM 5.0. Please let us know if you have faced similar issue.

The issue was with the JCO settings. Its now up and running.
