stock updation

Dear Sap Gurus,

I had raised the stock (eg:100)using transaction code mb1c on 30/05/2008.

at present the stock is zero.i had checked in mmbe.

when i check the material movement also on 30th may the stock is updated.

when i execute the sale order on 16th may ,i checked the availablity the system is displaying the stock is available on todays date.

according to the schedule line in the item level, it should confirm only on 30th may the stock is available.

but the system confirms the availablity on todays date with stock 100.

advice me on this.

generally if i execute another sale order , if i checked the availablity the system display 2 schedule line confirms material as 0 on todays date, and confirms the availablity of material on some other date eg:30/5/2008.

in what basis here the system is displaying the schedule line at that particular date.

Hi,

I think you have already confirmed the quantity 100 in another order. Did you maintianed Replenishment Lead Time in the material master MRP view??

Hello,

The physical stock as on today in 100 in your storage location. If you use the date as 30.05.2008 in MB1C / MIGO, the sytem will raise the stock in the storage. So if you create a sales order today, as the material is available physically in the storage, it will create the delivery.
