I have successfully installed an MAU client but 2 menu items are missing

I have successfully installed an MAU client on my PC but when I login, I do not get all the required menu items. Just 3 menu items are displayed on the MAU home page while 4 menu items are missing.Can you please tell me what is the reason.Synchronization is ok.

Hi,

most likely you are missing some settings in the backend. A simple test: run the GETLIST and GETDETAIL handler in the backend fpr MAU90 SyncBO and your user. This should deliver some data - and I guess in your case it does not. So the general data is missing for the user and so you do not have the ther Menu items.

You could check the MEREP_LOG transaction in the middleware and search for warnings, can have a look into MEREP_207 in the middleware and search for data of MAU090 and MAU095 Syncbo. Check if this data is correct for the user, then sync again. In your case I would expect that actually the user has no data.

If there is no data, check Transaction SPRO in the backend and see if all settings are correct there four app.
