hi sd experts,

kindly let us know how to accommodate the more than one email id of customer in customer master, so that i wud like to send communication thru mail for more than one person in an organisation.

In the General data you cannot assign more than one Email ID.

But if you assign a Contact person through Tcode VAP1 for that Customer :

you can Assign your email Address to the new Perosn.

hi

is there any possible of more than one mail id in general data of communication block ?

sap is providing the option of multiple email ids in general data, communcation area, but when we try, it is not triggerring all mail id's, why?

i have communication to be sent to board members of customer, and the email ids wud have to be ensured at general data only,

pl suggest any solution

Hello,

You can maintian contact person partner function in

Sold-to-party account group and create different contact persons and assigne it to the customer master (sold-to). You can maintain different mail ID's for thew contact persons.
