Hi,

While doing sales order system showing error that Ship.condition 01 loading grp 0001 plant PLT1 StLoc not defined.

Please give solution for this.

Hello !!

Shipping Point is determined by :-->

Shipping Conditon +Loading Group +Plant

Please do the assingment in IMG .

While Creating Material Master , if you are not giving Storage Location data ...it will not appear in sales oder.

So now You once again Create Material Master MM01with same Material ,

and maintain Storage Location Field there. Once again create the Sales Order , click on Line Item then go to Shiiping Tab, now click in Stor. Location field, whatever you have given in MM01, it will appear here now.

Dear rashmi,

I think , it is shipping point , not St.loc.

If so , Goto OVL2 and assign shipping point in the following combination:

shipping codintion + loading group + plant combination

Just try and revert.

HI,

It seems to be u have not maintained shipping point determination and storage location determiation properly..

Please go to ovl2 and do the proper shipping point assignment fo that given combinaiton..
