Error:User does not exist in this period in ESS iview

Hello Everybody,

Here I am facing a problem related ESS iviews.We are having ECC6 and we installed ESS. I did all configurations of SLD (Post Installation) and also mantained JCO connections properly.

I created system alias and did user mapping with R/3 also.

Now when i go to Who's Who iview in Employee earch i get this error:

Critical Error

A critical error has occured. Processing of the service had to be terminated. Unsaved data has been lost.

Please contact your system administrator.

I solved the problem by myself but the link given by you is also very helpfull as i solved the issue same way.
