Hello,

When I install Web AS6.40, I am getting the error FSL-01002 Unable to create account. Kindly help

Hi Rukmani,

Please check your privilages for the user you are logged in as and also ensure that the passwords you provided the installer with meet the complexity requirements set on the machines policy.

Hi,

Better you create user account using mycomputer-> right click and open manage , in this local users you create

user account like SAPServiceJ2E and give password never expired option and then retry the installation.

Now it will works.

otherwise post View log error.

Hello Daniel,

As Vasu said, I created a user and when gave the password, it said that i am violating the password rule. So I gave the appropriate password and retried the installation again.

But ended up with the following errro

Hi,

Better u restart your system and try to install it again, Before restart check again the account(SAPServiceJ2E) is available or not in the Manage-> local user settings.

B'cas again the error said like unable to create account

SAPServiceJ2E.

While Installing, SAPServiceJ2E account will creates automatically. i think u dont have full admin rights for

creating account. So manually u'll create that account with password never expired option and restart your system and install again.

Does your user have the correct policy assignment?

check that they have the privileges as per the guidelines -

Act as part of the operating system

Increase process level token

Adjust memory level quotas

It sounds to me like you don't have full Administrator privileges so check your privileges then,. Reset your installation, delete the user accounts that have already been created and try again.
