Solution Manager - Service desk - mail error

Hello,

we configured the service desk so far and we can send smartforms via e-mail, if it is partner dependent, but if it's not partner dependent, but with a static e-mail address under the conditions, always the error occurs "No Recipient Could be created from Address 'address@company.com' and type U".

Message no. SPPF_MEDIA035

Can anybody help?

Hi,

sorry Eddy, this note is just for an error message output. I want to send the mail. But I solved my problem yesterday myself. It works if the e-mail address is known in the external contacts. But it would just work for everybody with this contact. So now I use a partner and initialise it on message creation with the business partner.
