CE 7.1 - ESR - Proxy implementation - ASP .NET

Hi all,

i have found some documentation about modelling service interfaces in CE 7.1.

After the modelling step you go to the backend system and implement the proxy. Or you can do this issue with the NWDS.

Now is it possible to implement the proxy for example in ASP .NET C# too?

If yes how???

Hi Wolfgang,

Currently, proxy options are available only for Java and ABAP and not for .Net.( you can implement your services which you have designed/defined in ESR using proxies)

With .Net , only you can consume Enterprise services using ES Explorer using Visual Studio 2005.

If not - can the ESR only used for ABAP and NWDS services?

Not any information regarding .Net .

But yes, currently , the services which you define in ESR can be implemented using ABAP and NWDS (Java) only using outside in approach.

But, I have read in articles that you can import third party WSDL in ESR. Never Tried.
