Hi,
The different documents in SRM allows you to add many line items (bid invitation, shopping carts, contracts......) without an specific structure. Is there a way to define an especific structure for the items????? example.
- ITEM 1
+ activity 1
+ activity 2
+ activity 3
+ activity 4
- ITEM 2
+ activity 5
+ activity 6
+ activity 7
- ITEM 3
+ activity 8
+ activity 9
For every line ITEM we can define different activities, then when we specify this ITEM in the document the activities are posted too. the ITEMS have an Id in the material catalogs, but in the activities that isn't necessary, i just need make a relation beetwen ITEMS and activities.
Thanks.
Hi Masa,
We are going to integrate SRM with R3 then the costumer has in R3 services with the structure that i said for example:
They have services with ID and every service has different activities. The activities don´t have ID, they are text. The services that we mention refers design, develop or build of gates, streets, constructions, houses and things like that.
With the activities the costumer can follow step by the step the progress of the project.
We want to know how can we take this Items (service with activities) in SRM??????'' Is there something?????
Thanks.
