Has anybody used XI APi's in ur Application

I joined this group today and m really new to this SAP Netweaver world. I want to know has someone used XI's API in your Application's coding.if yes can anybosy suggest me where to find the documentation of these api's.

I want to know how we can use XI API's in our own Development.

e.g when we create Message Interface wht actually happens in back end means how the things gets proceesed.

Hi Amit,

MessageInterfaces in XI can be exposed as webservices which cna then be consumed by any application, for example posting an order could be a webservice which you call use in say .net application.

so when you generate proxies from the wsdl, you can make use of the proxy for making the call to xi, which in turn would post the order information to back end R3.
