Hi, all

I am using Solution Manager 4.0 and R/3 NW2004sSP20/webAS620

I would like to start Solution Manager for CCMS our R/3 system and looking for

Starting point, where should I start from for configures CCMS alerts and control in SM ?

In solution manager mail are working fine through SAPconnect / SMTP

Solution manager is running separately not connected any server yet

But when I go to RZ20 it does shows MTE tree as well

My point is how to configure solution manager through CCMS alerts from others server?

Or anyone has SIM files will be very help and good + starting guide
