CJS-00328 Enterprise portal version file not found

Hi all

The issue is described below. please let me know if you have an idea about this.

EP 6 SP19 AIX Oracle

I am performing Migration-Database Export using SAPINST from source system as part of system copy of EP system.

In SAPINST, in the very first step where we give the SAPSID and Target Directory and click Next, i am getting the following error.

CJS-00328 Enterprise portal version file not found. DIAGNOSIS: The enterprise portal version file was not found at the expected location (6.0.9.0.0). SAPinst cannot check for the required version . Your enterprise portal software might be too old. SOLUTION: Update the enterprise portal version to or higher.

issue resolved by copying "version_id.txt" as per Note 847491.
