Hi,
Goods issue has been posted for 100 no's of a material and customer called and advised to change it to 60 no's. We are trying to change the quantity but system is not allowing.
We don't want to cancel PGI.
How to rectify this?
Thanks
After the goods issue has been posted, there is limited scope for changing the outbound delivery. In particular, no changes can be made to the quantities. At this point in processing, the delivery document has to reflect the actual physical delivery.
Only option would be to cancel goods issue for outbound delivery so that the goods issue posting is reset.

Hi
Dong
If you want to change delivery qty u need to reverse the PGI first by VL09 becose after PGI u can not change the qty. in vl02n. And after that only u can change the qty. to be deliver in the delivery in T Code VL02N.
Hope u will get help from this.
All the best.

Hi,
two options, one to reverse the goods issue VL09 and two create returns document and issue a credit memo nullifying the previous bill raised for 100 effectively making it 60 as required.

Dear Charlie
Not possible to change the quantity without reversing PGI via VL09.

Hi
Posting the Goods Issue(PGI) means the Goods have left our premises and the company loses the ownership for that goods. As per my knowledge, you have to either cancel the goods issue (VL09) or Create a returns document and returns delivery and PGR for that 40 quantity.
Thanks,
Ravi

Hi Charlie,
Intresting scenario, already PGI has done so we dont have a chance to change the stock exept PGI reversal..
