Transactions used by user

Hello Gurus,

I need to know who are used a transaction for the last time and when he/she has used it ?

Actually, I need an historical used of some transactions for some roles.

I'm working on ECC6

Hi,

ST03N or SM20(audit log) will fetch you the results(number of times a tcode was executed).

SUIM will give you change documents for a particular user,roles,profiles and with other options too.

Just to clarify, the reports in SUIM will not tell you who or what roles executed a transaction - it will only tell you who or what role has access. The change reports tell you when a user or role were changed.

Hi Hemant,

Very helpful ! Thanks a lot forthis as we started upgrade project to ERP 6.0 what means that we required to list which programs are used or not before migrating them to ERP 6.0 (from 4.6C)

It should be lucky for all people initializing such a migration and/or requested to update their customizing.
