How to convert the chinese to unicode

I want to print some chinese character in CRM-ISA User Interface,but when I change the file <b>ISAResources_zh_cn.properties </b> I met the question that I have to converte the chinese character to crresponding unicode character .

Now <b>I need the method of convert the chinese character to corresponding unicode character!</b>

Anyone Who can help me ?
