Goodevening Gurus:

I have stock 60 I am delivering 30 today and 30 tomorrow...

but I want to send the billing of 60 not 30 and 30...how to do it...can it happen???

if no then whats that I have to do...

Please give me the steps

Hi

For this case you can club 2 orders in one delivery but

See falling conduction should same in both order

a) Ship to Party

b) Shipping Point

c) Delivery Date

d) Inco terms

e) Route

It is possible.

You only have to set the Billing relevance of the Item categories in VOV7. Say billing relevance as G.

At the same time, you have to enable partial delivery in sales order in the shipping tab of the item.

By doing this you can meet your requirement.

one invoice for multiple delivers we can do in vf04

To combine multilpe deliveries in One Invoice,individual delieveries should have the same,

1)The Billing Date

2)Bill- to Party.

3)Payment terms.

And in your case you are doing partial delivery for one document

Go to VF01 and give the two delivery references and execute.
