Sales area xxx xx xx not defined for customers

Hi all

I am facing problem in creating customer in my sales area.

the error log i am recieving is "zt zt zt" not defined for customers(sales org. DC and Div. are zt) in xd01 screen.

Checked all the assignments.

plz. help me out ASAP

The purpose of this activity is to define distribution channels which have common master data..

IMG Menu -> Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Define Common Distribution Channels

Transaction Code: VOR1

2. Defining Common Divisions for Master DataUse

The purpose of this activity is to define distribution channels which have common master data..

Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:

IMG Menu -> Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Define Common Division

Configure for common dist channel and common division in VOR1 and VOR2.

In SPRO---

First define the sales area in the path

SPRO-Enterprise structure-SD---Define sales area

Now go and create CMR in XD01. It will allow you to create customer master for a specific sales area.
