PZ21_TC transaction in integrated ITS -URGENT

Hi Experts,

In integrated ITS the transaction PZ21_TC is not showing the link. For eg: It should show

Instead it is showing as

<a href="http://xxxxxx">

<a style="color:red"

href="http://xxxxxx.xx.xx/sap_ssa_forms/070250160439.doc"

target="_blank">

Any icf parameters are missing??...

Hi Soumya,

Can you check what is your basis support pack. As per note 749273 you should be having a basis support pack SAPKB62005 .

Also check SAP note 766578
