ADS Configuration in BIW

Hi,

I want to Configure ADS in BIW system.Is it the same way how we do in ECC or there is a seperate documentation for ADS Configuration in BIW.

Please give me a solution and the documentation for ADS configuration in BIW.

Hi Pradeep,

For running ADS, you will probably need either ABAP/Java stack on server. You can connect to BIW system through portal.

I didnt get you exactly.You mean to say i need to do ADS Configuration with the reference to Portal and BIW.

I mean applying ADS patch in EP,configuration in ep and creating a ADS RFC connection in BIW.

This is how i need to do.

If I am getting you correctly, your requirement is to get some data from BW system and then generate Adobe Interactive forms based on that data.

Hi Pradeep,

For this, you need to Setup ADS on your Java o Abap server. For getting data from BW system you can create a RFC or use a Webservice. Cree applications in Webdynpro ABAP/Java and access the rfc connection to get the data and generate interactive forms accordingly.
