Message delayed in the OB queue

Hi all,

We are working on large files 400-500 mmb.We are splitting the file in to smaller chunks,zipping the files through unix shell script .

From the source directory the file is picked up in fraction of seconds but these messages are much delayed in sender queue's.

its taking some 7-8 minutes for these messages to reach the IE.

why is it taking so much time.

Is there any way to decrease this time?

Did any one faced simillar issue.

Hi Srinivasa,

Try to follow the procedure as mentioned below:

Go to smq1 tcode >select the queue>activate queue--> refresh it

before that you have to register your queues & also U can schedule the report RSQOWKEX (Outbound Queues) and RSQIWKEX (Inbound Queues) to restart the queues automatically.
