Search for GOA using the Backend Contract Number

Hello Experts,

SRM 5.0...R/3 4.0b

Scenario: Contract Management

GOA created in the SRM is distributed to multiple Porgs(Co Codes). So one GOA number will have multiple R/3 contract numbers.

Query: Can the user use the R/3 contract number to search for the SRM contract number.

We have tried using the BADI BBP_CUF_BADI_2 for enhancing the GOA search criteria, but as i understand this Badi is used only to add the customer fields on the search criteria not the standard SRM fields.

Please throw some inputs to resolve this issue.

Refer this table BBP_PDDEP, enter the local contracts GUID and get the backend's contract. Or do the vice versa.

can you check the header and item links for the yr GOA in SRM

in BBP_PD for bus object BUS2000113

does it showing you links with ECC distributed contracts

I can see the linkages in BBP_PD for both Header and Item, but is there way i can use these linkages to search the SRM GOA number in the standard or extended search functionality in the GOA.

you can build a custom report to search the GOA as per these values.
