RE: ST03 data storage

Hi Gurus,

In our CRM landscape, we are unable to store ST03 data more than 7 days. We want to store data for more than 30 days. Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi,

So now as you have said everything is running and working fine.

There may be two issues now.

The SAP standard retention period is 3 months.

1.

You have an option in the ST03 screen to increase the retention period

Enter into expert mode and change the retetion period.

or

2.

Every hour there is a COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCE job RSCOLL00 aggregating this data into MONI table, there will be default size for this table.

So make sure that it is enough for the data retention.

Thanks Rakesh.. The issue is resolved. I opened a message with SAP and they told the resolution. Rention period is configured correctly but Workload collector parameters are not configured properly.

Hi,

Check the jobs.

SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR

SAP_APPLICATION_STAT_COLLECTOR

are running at os level also check SAPOSCOL

(check logs)

If the jobs are not properly running then do the appropriate changes in SM36

SAP note 16083 will help in changes.

Thanks for your reply. Jobs are running properly and SAPOSCOL is also working fine. System is able to collect data for 7 days but not for more than 7 days. We want the system to collect the date for more than 7 days.
