When we post the goods issues for an outbound delivery, the system
generates message VL608 'Delivery has not yet been completely processed
by WM' and VL605 "The position have no the batch".
The transfer order is confirmate but the status is "B" (Open transf ord
item).
As we see the OT is confirmed, there is stock of the material in this
warehouse. The material is subject to lot, nevertheless not it load in
the position of the delivery.
The transfer order will be status "C"

Go in delivery go in tab subsequent function create transfer order click it process transper order enter.

This is a batch management problem. Batch is not getting detected. Check the setting the material master. See if the Batch management is active over there(Sales Gen/Plant view). Deactivate automatic batch determination check at the delivery item category level in SPRO.
When u do the delivery go into the batch split screen click on determine batch. Batch should get determined.

You mean to me that I must deactivate the automatic determination of lots for the types of position of the delivery?
