Can anyone tell me how to extract data/records from a structure.

You have to fill it first. Structures are exactly that - just empty
structures which are filled at runtime.

Struures only contain data aduring run time.at run time to hold a single record it is used.

structures do not hold any data...
they are the skeleton of a table. unless u fill, u dont get it.
