Shopping Cart approval - on-line or off-line

Hi,

I can see some of the shopping carts are approved.

But how do I find out whether the shopping cart has been approved by on-line or off-line (blackberry) ?

Hi,

You can do shopping cart approval on-line as well as offline.

For this you need to schedule a job RSWUWFMLEC as you need to attributes of approver FORWARD WI

You can also schedule a job for RSBBP_OFFLINE_APPROVAL

Hi,

Please check the workflow log. Technical detail has workitem creation time and execution time etc. If there is some difference between online and offline, you can get information from the log.
