Unable to select the plants when I shop for othe users

Hi Gurus

We are applying the support pack in our testing client.

When ever I am trying to create the SC, I am able to select a different plant, but I am trying to shop for some one else, I am unable to select any other plants other than the Default plant.

Please advice.

Hi,

Which SRM version are you working on??

Have you mainatined multiple entries for the Location/Plant under extended attributes tab for the user in trascn PPOMA_BBP?If yes,you should see all these entries in the F4 help for the Location in the Basic data tab while creating SC.

Hi. Does the user you are shopping for have more than 1 plant assigned?

If they do and you still can not select any others I would ask SAP. We have had various issues that they have had to fix around shop on behalf and drop down lists when applying support packs.
