Barcodereader UI

Hi Experts,

For using Barcodereader UI, wheather Pocket PC emulator is enough or should i have to install a Barcodescanner also. If so can u please tell me the flow how this barcode reader works.

Hi Arun,

as per my knowledge, the emulators do not support barcode scanners out of the box. So please have a look if you get an emulator for a barcode scanner for your specific emulator. If you have this available, then it will work. Out of the box it is not possible to do that tests. I did not find a propper emulator that was running fine, but luckily enught we got a testing device from Intermec, so we can do the tests on a real device.

yes, unfortunately to your question - it is. I was not able to find any software emulator that I could use in the emulator to simulate propper readings
