Output not triggered automatically for group deliveries

Hi Gurus,

Output needs to be triggered automatically for group deliveries

but now the output type needs to be manually attached to the group and printed.

Configuration was as bellow:

The output type was ZXXX

access to conditions was checked in the general data tab.

under default value tab

Dispatch time was set to "SEND WITH APPLICATION OWN TRANSACTION"

under time tab nothing was checked.

output was assigned with a ZXX_XX_pricelist program/smartform as processing routine.

I was checking to see if there were any condition records

went to vv23 -- entered condition type ZXXX and i get th following error

"Condition type ZXXX is not defined".

All I want to is to get the output triggered automatically.

Hi,

Instead of puting the option as "SEND WITH APPLICATION OWN TRANSACTION" in further data, maintaine as "SEND IMMEDIATELY WHEN SAVING THE APPLICATION"

Then the output will be triggered automatically once you save the delivery.

thanks for the reply I have this on mind. But don't we also need to maintain the condition records.

as I said when I go to vv23 I get the following error

" condition type not defined"

Is that some thing we can neglect

Please let me know

Hi,

Have you mantained access sequence for your output type

goto SPRO -> LOGISTICS EXECUTION -> SHIPPING -> OUTPUT CONTROL -> OUTPUT DETERININATION -> MAINTAINE OUTPUT DETERMINATIN FOR OUTBOUND DELIVERIES

goto mainainte output types,

double click on your output type

and in general data maintaine access sequnce, with which you want to trigger this output, either shipping point or user id etc

Put tick mark for Access to conditions

This access sequnce should be maintained in Maintaine Access sequence

now goto Maintaine output determinatin procedure

select your procedure (sat V10000 - shipping point procedure)

goto control data and maintaine your output condition type

Now goto Assign output determination procedure,

Here you will assign your procedure to Delivery header as well as delivery item level

click on delivery header

assgin your delivery type and your output procedure and your output type and save it

Now goto VV23 and maintaine condition records

Now output will be trigger automatically to your deliveries

The access sequence is maintained .

The IMG where the Output is sitting is

not for outbound deliveries but Group deliveries.

every thing else is set as you mentioned.

But now when I go to VV23 and maintaine condition records I get the error.

Is there some where else we maintain the records for the Group deliveries?
