Hi All...
My Scenario : There are two views. there is a link to action which link to second view. In second view i'm having one pdf. when the user click on that linktoaction it should open the PDF in second view. when the user click submit in PDF it should send display data in first view and also it should navigate back to first view.
So, Two Seperate Views, One PDF in Second View and one button in that view.
the error what i'm getting is : *Instance of View Controller does not exist*
But if i use viewset it is working fine...
What will be the problem

my understaing is you have submit button in PDF form your trying to navigate back to fisrt view from PDF, i would suggest have the Submit button out the form meaning within iview you should be able to navigate back.
thanks,
venkat.

But my scenario is input some values in interactive form.
After click submit in pdf it should navigate back to the previous view with the data entered in the interactive form.
No, actually the thing is i'm getting the values and it navigates back to the previous view if i use viewset.
But it is seperate view it is not working...Thats the problem..
Thanks

i'm having adobe reader 8 and designer 7.1..
eventhough that error is occuring...
But one thing i found today was...
if i select lead selection first after that if i click the linktoaction then it opens the pdf. In this case it is navigating back...
but without lead selecting if i click the link it is not navigating back to the previous view...
Confused about this...
Bcoz if i click the link directly it should take that as a lead selection...
Answers are always welcome...
Just use context to share the the displayed data from the first view to next view collect the data and send on submit action.
thanks,
venkat
