Need help on invoice creation

Hello,

I have a requirement - Could some one help me?

After the the PGI is done a proforma for the delivery has to be automatically created and printed. The requirement is to send a proforma invoice along with the goods.

1. Use workflow. Creation of GI is an event that triggers creation of a proforma invoice.

OR

2. Use Output determination. When a delivery is created. use a medium 8 (special function) output that calls a custom program to print the proforma.
