Wht is the use of structure grp key?

Hi,

In the condition type configuration set up, there is a field called

grp key routine. This can be developed in VOFM - formula -

str.grp key.

Any one help me what is the use of this?

Can you give me some example... or read my below statement and let me know your idea

Problem

ZTOL is the header condition type is fetching the value from one Z table by using the alt cond base value. While distributing to line items it is doing it equally (i.e 500 $ is 100 $ to all 5 line items) rather than proportionate according to the value of particular line items. We activated the group condition in the condition type config, even though it is happening.

Can we use this str, grp key for this distribution?

Go to V/06, select ZTOL and

change the *"Calculation type"* to B,

where you would have maintained "C" and that is why the value is bifurcated based on number of line items.

Routine number for creating group key

Identifies a routine that calculates the basis for the scale value when a group condition occurs in pricing.

Example

You can specify a routine, for example, that totals the value of all items in a document in order to determine the basis for a discount.
