Varinat Configuration

Hi,

I would like to change the characteristics value of the variant configuration in the Porject builder. Is that possible ....?

I am using the tcode CJ20n and and within the Project, i click on the Network order header and in the main menu bar i click on Extras --> Configuration --> Characteristics value assignment. It gives an pop up message "Network status does not allow you to change the configuration".

The characteridtics value is getting copied while creating the sales order and standard network.

Hi,

No you can not..

Because this is an assembly order.

I believe you can change the characteristic value only in the SALES ORDER.

Because any changes there in sales order will get reflected in the network directly and not vice-versa.

the reason is that only the released standard network can be used for the Assembly processing.

So try to change in the sales order.
