Quality Certificate

hi,

I need to map this scenario regarding out going quality certificates

A certificate (with MIC data from results recording) has to be issued for the inspection lot (after doing PRODUCTION ORDER GR), where the receipient of the certificate will be in the name of customer,

kindly help me in this regard

Hi Murali,

You can view the Test Certificate of inspection lot by T.Code QGA3. This is standard SAP provided certificate.

Generally the companies go with its own logo, with ISO mark, ISI mark etc which can happen with ABAP development. Since certificate goes to customer, it should look in presentable format.

Hi Murali,

Create Cretificate profile in Tcode QC01

Then assign the created certificate profile to material/customer(for your case) in tcode QC15

After making the UD in QA 32 & posting the stock to unrestricted use then go to tcode QC21 & give the inspection lot then execute ,in the pop up menu select customer name & proceed you will get the output

Hi,

You can assign both inspection types 1 and 5 for a raw material.

When Goods Reciept happens by Purchase order, inspection lot with number 1000.....( 16 digit no.) will be created (inspection type 1).

When Goods Reciept happens by other means, inspection lot with 5000.....( 16 digit no.) will be created (inspection type 5).

Inspections are created at time of Good Reciept in different scenarios.
