critical chain

hello

I would like to know is there any way to implement in PS a Critical Chain method of scheduling a project?

This method is a one of PMI recomendation so is it possible to scheduling a project with this scheduling methodology?

The main question is how to add time buffors to parts of the critical chain of the project?

hi,

Please go to the network graphics in CJ20N,

Double click on the Relationship e.g FS. this will pop up a window where in Offset rel.ship you need to maintain the buffer time either + or negative (e.g +2 or 10-)
